some travel term that might be useful for your during travel or making
your reservation. What does "Pax" or "Paxs" mean? "Pax" means "Passenger" or "Person", a Passenger can be an adult, child (2-12 years old) or infant (below 2 years old). Definition of Hotel & Tour Package? In Malaysia Outdoor website, prices for hotel reservation is based on Per-Room-Per-Night, while prices of tour package is quoted for the whole tour (e.g. 3D2N Redang Island Package) Per-Pax. GIT is a group tour package which required a certain number of mininum passengers (normally 4 - 10 paxs). Definition of "Single", "Twin", "Double", "Triple" and "Quad" ? These terms usually used for hotel room reservation. Single : 1 single bed in a room (max 1 pax only) Twin : 2 single beds in a room (max 2 paxs only) Double : 1 double bed in a room (max 2 paxs only) Triple : combinations of above (max 3 paxs only) Quad : combinations of above (max 4 paxs only) Standard room : either Twin or Double (max 2 paxs only) TOP |

| How to reserve online ? | ||
| First, choose the travel
packages you want then choose to reserve using member status or visitor
status. Member status allow you to keep track of your travel history
while visitor status only for those who want to make booking but does
not want to become member. After that, fill in the travel and passenger information. Submit your reservation. We will process your reservation within 5 minutes to 8 hours depending on the queue of your booking. After review, we will issue you an invoice and you can follow the payment instructions on the invoice to make your payment. 50 % deposit payment must be make within 3 days of the reservation date. The balance of the payment must be make 14 days (2 weeks) before you departure date. You will receive a Travel Voucher once we receive the full amount of payment. you are required to bring along the travel voucher upon the arrival as a proof. |
