A minimum 50% deposit is required at the time of confirmation of booking and the balance must be paid 2 weeks (14 days)  prior to departure. Please bank-in to our company account and fax us the bank-in slip for our reference

The rates quoted in respect of the products or service are subject to change without notice.

You may make changes to your itinerary for bookings that have not been fully paid. Once a booking has been fully paid, to change your itinerary, you must cancel your booking and make a new booking (based upon our refund policy).

Payment may be made by online or offline settlement mode. All payment must be made before the cut-off date.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the details on your travel voucher are in order. You are liable for any additional charges arising from correction of any inaccuracies in the voucher.

The company shall be exempted from liability for loss, injury or damage to property or personal accidents, delays irregularities or the occurrence beyond our control.

14 days to departure (50% of tour cost)
13 days or less to departure (70% of tour cost)
After departure (100% of tour cost)

There would be no refunds for cancellation after the tour has commenced or for any tours, transfer, accommodation, meals or any other services provided not utilised.

Neither Malaysia Outdoor nor the supplier shall be liable for damages of any kind arising out of changes to the rates, route, timetable, itinerary in respect of the product or service due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control.
